Alisa Dickson is a proud Florence resident, mom of six, and a passionate advocate for our community. From years of service as a police officer to coaching youth, Alisa brings experience, empathy, and dedication to everything she does. She’s running for City Council to bring practical solutions, responsible spending, and real leadership to Florence.

For Alisa Dickson, family isn’t just important — it’s everything. As a devoted wife and mother of six, Alisa understands the everyday challenges families face: balancing work, raising children, staying active in the community, and planning for the future.
These experiences shape her vision for Florence. She wants Florence to be a place where families not only grow but thrive, where young people can imagine their futures here, and where seniors are cared for with dignity.
Her experience juggling the needs of her own busy household gives her practical insight, resilience, and determination — qualities she’s ready to bring to City Council on behalf of every family in District 3.

- Fiscal Responsibility: Alisa will work to ensure every dollar spent is accountable, transparent, and focused on real community improvements — not wasteful spending.
- Local Business Growth: By supporting small businesses, we strengthen the economic backbone of Florence and create more local jobs and opportunities.
- Neighborhood Safety: Alisa understands firsthand the importance of well-supported public safety services and will advocate for safe, well-maintained streets and parks.
- Youth Empowerment: Investing in programs, mentorship, and educational access for our youth ensures they have the tools to succeed and stay in Florence.
